Elizabeth “Frazier" Fulton Hovanec

1988-2024

Frazier Fulton Hovanec joined Commonwealth Public Relations in 2018 as an Account Executive and quickly ascended to the role of Director of Client Services. A cherished member of the CPR team, Frazier was highly regarded not only by her clients but also by the entire public relations community and beyond. Her professionalism, leadership, dedication, sharp instincts, and infectious laughter made a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. While her absence leaves a profound void, we are committed to honoring Frazier’s legacy in every way possible. She touched countless lives and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Frazier was a proud graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. She was also a member of the Richmond chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
